Battlestar Galactica :: reason colonial recruitment is locked

Well due to everyone who has joined so far has joined the colonials, that leaves, 6 colonials and 3 cylons. guests, if you join, join as a cylon.

i will no longer unlock the colonial recruitment until we get more cylons. i have allowed colonials to join despite the fact that the numbers are not even, and those people are still allowed to RP and all that stuff, but no unlocking that board anymore. this is the only warning everyone will get.
